Payment of contribution (football department)

Collaboration NIKKI

The board has decided to professionalize and to enter into a partnership with NIKKI for the collection of the contribution. NIKKI helps and supports our association in collecting and processing the contribution. Payments can be made via an iDEAL payment link that you receive by e-mail, text message or WhatsApp.

NIKKI processes your contribution through the NIKKI system. NIKKI is not a replacement for the association, but a support: there are agreements about regulations and working methods and a timeline for the season, so that NIKKI can follow the club rules and unburden the association. NIKKI is therefore an extension of our volunteers.

The first e-mail contains an iDEAL payment link to pay the contribution in one go . The same email also contains an iDEAL link for the contribution of the first installment, if you prefer to pay in monthly installments .

Didn't receive a message from NIKKI?

If you haven't received a message from NIKKI in the new season, please send an email to voetbal.penningmeester@olympiahaarlem.nl. Always state your correct details (member name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number) and make it clear that you are a member of Olympia Haarlem, because NIKKI takes care of the collection for several sports clubs.

Instalment payments

The board has agreed on a fixed amount for the service costs for monthly installment payments: 10% of your contribution, with a maximum of € 19 per member per season. These costs are added to the contribution and divided over the monthly installments.

Reimbursements via third parties

If you use a (municipal) reimbursement for the contribution, you apply for it yourself. Contact your supervisor or the relevant authority in good time. Please inform NIKKI if you are using a fee. Once the reimbursement has been received, NIKKI can contact you if there is still a remaining amount outstanding. More information can be found on the NIKKI website under the FAQ.

Agreements on membership fees

Together with the board, these agreements apply, which NIKKI and the board follow during the season:

  1. Bank payment: if you prefer, you can pay directly to NIKKI's bank account number upon request. To do this, request the details by e-mail via the contact route you received from NIKKI or the treasurer.
  2. Communication: the entire communication about the collection of the contribution goes through NIKKI; Questions and requests about contribution payment can be submitted to them by e-mail or telephone.
  3. No cash: The association does not take cash payments during the season and refers to NIKKI for payments.
  4. Backlog: if the contribution is not forthcoming, a collection agency can be called in. The board assumes that this is not necessary.

The membership fee is an important pillar for the existence of the club — thank you for your cooperation and good luck in the season!

Code of Conduct and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

Framework and values

We embrace what is normal. At Olympia Haarlem, children and young people play football; We think the guidance is a serious matter for which the board feels responsible. We want to prevent inappropriate interaction, in whatever form. That is why only those who are suitable as volunteers are allowed to be active at the club.

The board uses a behavioral protocol and a mandatory Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for volunteers who guide children and young people.

Everyone at the complex adheres to the following rules of conduct and house rules and to the rules regarding match attendance. The association has signed the Declaration of Equal Treatment in Sport (Municipality of Haarlem, SportSupport, Bureau Discriminationzaken Kennemerland). Olympia Haarlem stands for diversity: respect for everyone is essential. No inappropriate language; verbal and physical violence and molestation are out of the question; Bullying is not accepted.

Our association is a good host for visiting clubs and (assistant) referees. Members respect each other's property and are liable for damage caused by them.

Alcohol: the legal rules apply in the canteen. No alcohol is allowed outside the canteen — including in changing rooms; No left beverage packaging on or around the field.

Rules of conduct on the complex

  • We accept everyone
  • We respect the opponent
  • Everyone is the example for the other
  • We accept the authority of the referee, the team management and the club management
  • Fair play: we live up to the rules of the game
  • Cheering and encouraging is OK; Game instructions for the coach
  • Be strong, don't use violence, not even verbally

House rules on the complex

  • Waste in the waste bin
  • Bicycles in the parking facility
  • Parking only in the spaces
  • Return used materials intact and tidy
  • Leaving changing rooms neat and clean
  • Audience and parents are off the field
  • No glassware outside the canteen
  • Emergency routes free for emergency services
  • No drugs
  • Alcohol only served and drunk in the canteen
  • No snus!

Rules regarding match attendance

The safety policy is aimed at ensuring that all members and visitors are friendly, safe and undisturbed for all members and visitors. Misconduct, violence and nuisance are not part of this.

Anyone who violates the rules and thereby harms safety or causes nuisance can be sanctioned: refused access to the sports park, stopping matches, police deployment if necessary. Damages or fines can be recovered from perpetrators. The house rules also apply to match visits; We count on mutual social control.

Hiring policy

  1. Intake interview new youth supervisors — all potential volunteers have an individual interview with a board member before they start working: motivation, experience and the importance of a safe climate.
  2. Mandatory VOG for trainers, coaches, event committee, confidential advisors and board members; Consult with the board before the start of the work.
  3. Code of conduct for coaches in sport — see, among others, KNVB and Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland.
  4. Signing of the Olympia Haarlem Code of Conduct and the Code of Conduct for coaches, trainers and supervisors.

Sanctions from the association or KNVB will be recovered from the member in question, where applicable. Members address each other about violations of these rules. In the event of drug use, misconduct, vandalism, violence, theft or similar behavior, the board can impose sanctions or report it to the police.

Questions to the board or general information: see contact and KNVB.
